Hi all,
I'm about to tile the kitchen floor, but there is a vinyl type sheet on top of vinyl tiles. The sheet is fixated strongly onto the floor, besides the edges - which have come up.
My question is it ok to tile directly onto the vinyl?

I would not use normal tile adhesive, I would use bal gold star as the other poster did.mrmuscle wrote:Sorry for the delay thanks for your quick reply. I got called up by work that day and couldn't do anything then for a week!!
To sum up the link you sent me I can tile straight on to vinyl, with normal tile adhesive? The floor will be cleaned of any dust/grease
