That wire with the yellow wire on it should have brown tape on it really, but at least the switched live is identified.
Make sure the electricity is isolated at the consumer unit or fuse box-
Then connect the three brown wires from the centre into a terminal connector and then tape it up with insulation tape.
then put the three blue wires into N on your new fitting.
Put the one single blue wire with the yellow tape into the L terminal on your new fitting.
Connect the earth wires to the earth wire on your new fitting.
Make sure all wires are firmly held in the terminals, try to gently pull on the wires and if they come out you have not tightened the terminals enough!
Just follow this page, but replace red with Brown and Black with Blue-

Fix the fitting to the ceiling and restore the power

Sorry, guv, but you can't tell because the picture shows just a bit of the fitting that could be one of the cheapest. It's a shame, but you have to buy commercial fittings to get quality and you pay accordingly.
