2003/4 Seat Alhambra 1.9 tdi cambelt change times

Other Seat Alhambra owners may be interested to know the following:-
I was unsure of the cambelt replacement mileage/times on my 53 plate Seat Alhambra 130tdi SE with 30,000 miles on the clock, so I contacted the Seat technical helpline.
They have informed me that the replacement schedule has now been revised to 60,000 miles or 4years whichever is the sooner along with the replacement of the tensioner.
Previously it was 40,000 miles in the handbook, with no indication of a time period.

40,000 is not a lot of miles!

One of my best mates has just bought a Seat, but I can't remember the model
