Hi everyone,

I thought I'd better introduce myself... I'm in the middle of a massive renovation programme of my house - a 16th Century barn conversion that was converted in the 1970's - very badly!! So we are busy putting the barn character back into the building.

I work as a property developer in the North West, before which I worked as a designer / surveyor / planning consultant for five years.

Hopefully as well as picking all your brains I'll be able to contribute to the forum!
