Hi John,
You can do the first two parts with your old computer before you try to connect the new one.

Part 1
To reset the hub to factory settings, follow the instructions in this forum.
http://tinyurl.com/69c3p7j
You will need a straightened paper clip or a pin to push into the reset hole. Picture of where it is is on the forum.
You need to shutdown the hob and leave the power off for a minute then push the clip in the reset hole and hold it whilst turning the power back on, it should take about 30 seconds and all the lights turn blue. Once the lights have turned blue it will then restart itself.
The default username and password is
username = admin
password = changeme

Part 2
Once you are there you can then set a new password by following instructions here:

Part 3
This is how to set up your new computer BUT with Windows 7 it may do most of it automatically, by offering popups to say that it has found a network and letting you click on the one that is yours.
It may want the ask for the info that is on the back panel of the hub, but just follow these instructions and you should be there.

Make sense Dave.

The reset is on the back above the on/off switch.

I'll try a pic in a sec.
