i use mitre mate to glue them together as do well.... all fitters i know.
you get the little line where the join is. what i then do once its all fitted and pretty much the very final job i get a clean rounded metal thing like either a screwfriver shaft or also i use one of my box spanners for attaching taps to the sink. i press the rounded edge into the sharp point of the mitre and rub it up and down. it forces the edges together an they become almost invisible. works well
