No.... we glance at it in passing and thank our lucky stars we got shot of it when we did!

Mind you, if we were doing curries there like I'm doing here now, we would be 'millionaires'

Not done Ocean Road curry houses since 2019 (was down there for mums funeral) but they didn't seem as good as they were when we used to live there. It's on the cards for this December though, usually the Momotaj but not even sure that's still there???

Since starting to make/sell curries myself I've learned a lot and was particularly 'smug' when visitors from Bradford told me that mine were better than any they'd ever had there! Two separate lots of Bradfordians said this!

If we go to Ocean Road I'll wear my 'uniform' with the name balzoned across it and see what their response is!!!!

Blimey. Dilshad and Star of India are the only two I recognise now, maybe Indian Brasserie (don't think I've ever been to that one). Tandoori International has been there since I was a student in 1976!!!!! Not bad going.

Got any recommendations for an Ocean Road venue??

I went out with the lads for a Ruby in Ocean Rd a good few years ago. Then had a drink then foolishly decided to go on the funfair. I forgot I don't do funfairs so the Ruby ended up over half of the population. I was so embarrassed.
