What Hacksaw Should I Get?
If the slots for the blades are out of line and the lugs are fixed, then there's not much you can do without the job being more trouble than it's worth. Get a new hacksaw of your preferred pattern. One to take 300 mm blades. Get a decent make if you can afford it. For occasional use it'll last a lifetime. Also get some spare blades. High Speed Steel, 18 and 24 tpi. Again get a recognised make.
A junior hacksaw and a pack of blades is useful as well.
When cutting, then as with any saw, cut with steady, full strokes, and don't press down on the blade more than is needed to keep it in the cut. "Let the saw do the work"
I haven't seen one of those double sided blades for years. I think I've got one somewhere. They seems to be carbon steel, and don't last well.

What Hacksaw Should I Get?

Putting blades in a junior hacksaw bent wire rod version requires three hands. You have to compress the bow with one hand and fiddle the blade keeps into the notches. Unless you have vice-like strength it is a real pain to fix them in and a third hand would be useful. Perhaps I am getting weak.

Yes, but get one for cutting metal. They appear to be for woodworking, and might have a different blade fixing.
This is the sort of thing I'd get

I prefer that type to the wire type. Easier blade change as Walt says.
Mate of mine gave himself a really nasty cut that needed stitches changing the blade on a wire one.

What Hacksaw Should I Get?
I tend to push the saw between my belt buckle and something solid which seems to work although saying that i tend to stick with the larger saw as it's easier to change blades.dewaltdisney wrote: ↑Mon Nov 29, 2021 12:12 pm Putting blades in a junior hacksaw bent wire rod version requires three hands. What Hacksaw Should I Get?
Dave54, dewaltdisney, London mike 61, Grendel Hello. I bought junior hacksaw made of aluminum but it's a bit bent I think. Will do okay for home DIY?

There does look to be a slight bend on it but i doubt it will cause any problem and should suffice for what you want. In my workshop i've got four large hacksaws plus another couple or so in the garage and van. Most are of the wing nut type . At least one seems to have lost it's tension to a degree but having the wing nut has allowed me to space it with a few washers.

What Hacksaw Should I Get?
That looks an interesting tool , not one i've seen ( but then already havng half a dozen why would i be looking anyway). I do like the feature that allows the front part to come off and for both parts to be used as seperate saw handles.. Having an option of a hacksaw blade with a handle at just one end is very useful for carefully taking things apart by sawing through fixings . Best to reverse the blade though so it cuts on the pull stroke.

What Hacksaw Should I Get?
Yes, but that's a different brand, here in France we have a brand called "McKenzie" its similar to the DeWalt but the tensioner is the actual handle.
