Scotty 001 - Yes the owners have locked in quotes from the power distributor and also ground works company that totals out to just over 40k. We are on the peg for a third of the cost.

Neelix - I have held off doing this until we can get the sale through as I do not want to waste their time. The issues at the moment is just selecting where the power comes in and being sure that the power is enough. On the Ground Source we are going to have a couple of pellet burners in the property as additional heating. With UFH the maths on the heating works as we are going for a high insulated internal frame it is just the maths on the initial price that hurts however given what energy costs are doing generally it looks to make sense
