Screwfix et al are just the same as the supermarkets, they lower prices on some items and increase them on others to compensate

on my one when i squeeze its trigger it does what it wants until its fully pulled then it gans as fast as it can. stupid thing haha

For what its worth, I tried to register it for a 3 year warranty (Free) but I had to give up I could not find the numbers asked by the registration page. I found numbers but it would not accept them.
But, yes, I really like it.
That said, I haven't registered my other Dewalt drills.

it can be hard to see the numbers , they are etched into the plastic - i found it difficult
also on my mitre saw nothing was found, but the codes were on the box, so i registered using those and also spoke to dewalt , very difficult to get to speak to anyone there
the numbers are often in the battery holder area

Thanks, I looked at the website (It shows where the numbers are) but as I said, the website would not accept them.

isnt the individual number on the base where it clips onto the battery ??
if you like i will look tommorow ??
its worth mentioning that american imports wont work but i assume at £89 it was from toolstation ??

ive a couple of us imports in my van and they are sound. the small brishless circ saw and the angle grinder type of circular plunge type saw.
to be honest like... the work i do none of my tools get used flat out anyway and i dont abuse them so if they did conk out after even say 3 or so years id be canny miffed like.
