And then I used a power plane for the first time. Apart from a block plane and surform I haven't used a hand plane in about 20 years lol...
I used to grind metal into profiles when I was in a workshop if we had a bespoke bit of moulding needed matching. Dangerous game sometimes if not tightened up enough in the cutter block in the spindle.
