I think the thing that gets me is that it's such obvious b#llocks that you wouldn't think anybody could be as soft enough to believe it all and it must be being played as a joke , but they're either really that dumb or they're bloody fantastic actors...

Ha ha , you could be right although in my defense I did say it was nonsense..
I haven't posted anything on that forum yet but maybe I will although it's not really a proper debate , questions are rarely answered coherently often just vague comments about perspective or density or how "globers " are all taken in by the conspiracy. In the short time I've been looking at it there appears to be more globers than "flearthers"...

Yes I suppose I could do.
To be honest as a debating forum it leaves something to be desired and often turns to outright abuse but I suppose I could take being called a "globetard" who's taken in by the conspiracy of lies....

And not only is the earth flat, but Australia doesn't exist........ perhaps it fell off the edge ??
"Australia doesn’t exist. That’s at least according to Bing search results for some users on Wednesday when the Microsoft search engine cited long-running internet conspiracy theories denying the existence of the country.
Several very real Australian users on Bluesky and Mastodon reported that when they searched for “does Australia exist” on Bing, it would come back with an emphatic “No” written in a text box before the link results.
“Bing is denying the existence of Australia,” the technology reporter Stilgherrian posted on Bluesky on Wednesday.
One user replied: “It’s buying into conspiracy theories.” Another asked: “Does that mean I don’t have to pay my bills?” "

The guy that runs the US Flat Earth Society is a lad named Mark Sargeant I think. They did a Netflix story about him a few years ago. I think he only does it for the attention of his followers. There's a guy I meet in the park (that doesn't sound right) with the dogs. He's a bit of a flat earther. He told me when on a plane even though the world looks curved it's actually the plane's windows that make it look like that. He's a cracking guy actually and quite intelligent so I'm surprised he thinks like that.
