No, the bathroom fitter will be installing them.
oh dear. Such fitters have little or no regard for electrical regulations

And don't fit sealed units - they will fail and you will have to replace the entire unit
I've ordered non-integrated IP65 lights so I imagine I can replace the bulb rather than the entire fitting.

The bathroom fitter has an electrican working with him.
