Just posted the job on Ratedpeople and hopefully someone (PLEASE) will come to my rescue and I can then get the decorator in to do my hallway.

Will let you know if I get any success.

Thanks for the offer.

I work for a big company and sent a e-mail to everyone asking if they could recommend a Carpenter (preferably one they had used themselves) and to cut a long story short someone's coming round to give me a quote so hopefully and at long last I will have the work done.

I notice you live in Sheffield, would you travel as far as Northampton if things don't work out for me?
