Water under wooden floor

If it's lead pipe it's a good idea to get shot of it.

More advice please

We are having the same problem but have ruled the drain pipe and all other leaking pipes out.

We have dug a hole in the garden and found water at the same level as under the floor boards.

So now we know it is ground water......and we have a 1meter gap between the floor and the ground.

What would you advise now?
