No, I did not even bother as it would of meant me buying a heater as well as the firm was impossible to contact at that point.

It was much easier to send you the cash and then you could buy a heater or some beer :lol:

I have always found these http://www.interparcel.com/quote/ to be as good as anywhere, reasonable price and they collect. Posted a few things I have ebayed with them and no one has ever complained about any delivery hassle.

maybe worth a think about
