I use http://www.csnewmedia.co.uk carl who runs it is very good with support etc. Also the plesk control panel has all the things everyone is mentioning above with an auto installer script. This means you just choose what you want like joomla, drupal, forums, wordpress etc and just click and it installs it for you.You dont need to upload much to get going as the script already has the files required for an install.Mooncat wrote:I'm currently rewriting the website I look after, updating it from its present 1998 look and adding styling by CSS, and transferring it from the free sub-domain which causes trouble for IE users and non AdBlockers. But I'm sticking with the free forum host as they are reliable.
Can anyone recommend a host, reasonable price as I don't charge, typical traffic about 100 hits a day.
Perhaps not the cheapest out there but support is superb and reliable too.
