Have you tried sending them a message?
I did send them a message this morning, they think it's gone astray and have refunded to my pay-pal account.

Just got this email this evening after contacting them to say it had not arrived by the latest date given on the invoice:
Hello, David,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
First of all I would like to apologize for the problem you have experienced with your order.
It was dispatched on the 7th February and really should have arrived by now, though it does have our return address clearly displayed on it (and may yet return here).
Unfortunately our courier does not supply us with a tracking number so I can only assume it has been lost in transit. We don't have any more of this item in stock to send as a replacement so I have simply refunded your payment.
Hope to see you shop with us again very soon.
Again please accept my apologies.
Kind regards,
Sam.

They are now charging £2.75 for delivery!
Still a bargain, but they advertised the original ones including delivery at a set price and so should honour those orders!
I'd be inclined to leave neutral feedback and say you never received the order, but received a refund. They said they had no more copies in stock, but did on another listing.

I have just received a reply with the same apology and that my paypal account has been accredited with my £4.50.
Cheers, John

I think they made a booboo and forgot to add the postage.
If it was me I would be letting eBay know that 8 out of 9 got lost in the post.

A scam..... they obviously hope that visitors would purchase more than the one book then say 'sorry, out of stock' on the DIY one (which they might never have stocked???)
Mine hasn't arrived yet either so I'll message them and see what they have to say.

Sharp practises such as this really get my back up
I have emailed the seller the following:
Sam,
I find it very suspicious that you should make the assertion that the book was 'dispatched on 7th February' - a large number of my associates on a very well known DIY forum are reporting exactly the SAME response from you regarding THEIR OWN identical orders.
It is being suggested that your original advert is a SCAM to extort people to purchase other products from your site - that you do not actually have this product at all.
In the interest of fair play I would offer you the opportunity to respond back to my claim and the chance to actually DELIVER the goods as ordered to me and my associates else there is no choice but to advise eBay of this 'sharp practice'.
If I do not receive a response within 24 hours of this email I shall be contacting eBay directly with the view to having your 'shop' closed.
Frankly I don't care if he 'made a mistake' over shipping charges - an honest admission to the fact would have made me fork out the additional £2.75 as this is still a good deal - assuming it's a real deal at all.
If the seller is genuine I will actually offer the postage as an additional payment. The ball is in his court.....

Dave,
I have pinched your email to them and sent it from myself but with this added:
If you do not have any more books in stock, how can you now advertise them as being available BUT with p&p added to the price:
