Masheen, I'd like to see you set out a schedule for the work that needs doing for £300.

By the way, I love it when people decide to 'slap a few tiles down' cos it's a piece of p**s. Cos a fair percentage of my work is putting people's dodgy tiling and plastering right.

Assuming the floor was 'good to go' I would have been around the £500 mark plus materials, on the basis of the tiles being granite which need wet cutting and sealing. This includes removing, planing down and re-fitting plinths and doors and messing about with appliances etc.
