oh i get it.
you have done quite a steep radius then.
unfortunatley no way round it. you could try touching it up with some jointing compound.

i seen this was going to happen, so offset the radius slightly, so the transition would only be small. Then some jointing compound did the rest.

Any thoughts on the jigsaw/belt sander method??


It looks the buisness if i dont say so myself :-P Really pleased with it.

forgot, but going back tomorrow evening, so will get a pic then. Did a nice set of doors from scratch and shelves as well as this work surface. A nice wee job :grin:
