For some reason amongst all the bad sh*t that goes on nowadays this really stood out.
As for punishment - I'd shoot the t*at myself and I'd use something costing a hell of a lot more then 40p. They'd have to use a sieve to find his teeth.
But seeing how it's too quick and I'm a fan of long lingering and especially cruel punishments here's something I though of a while back.
I respect the law and as long as you stay on the right side of it, you are accorded all the protection of the law (not that that's worth much now).
That covers how I deal with BTK's point.
However when you break a serious law (kiddy fiddling, cop killing, murder etc) or when you have been shown to be an unredeemable asshole like this streak of sh*t you have something tattooed on your forehead that removes the protection of the law from you.
Basically you see somebody with this on their head and you can run them down, set fire to them, chop a few fingers off or pop a .300 Ultra Mag into their skull and the authorities would ignore you.
Except for possibly littering or breaking noise regulations as you fed them into a bark chipper c**k first.
Nothing you do is a waste of time - especially if it can be used as a bad example by others...
The sad thing is, this is all to common shithead behaviour nowadays you only have to look in the paper or watch the news to see that society is on a downward spiral because too many politicians are scared of being labelled racist or left wing or right wing and the police are too busy tracing dangerous motorists who have broken the speed limit by 1 mph and they can never be reached when you are being burgled or mugged.
In England laws are only for the law abiding.
If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments..
