lol roc i use most of the tube, just keep abit spare just incase, the instructions say use the full tube but ive seen people do a full kitchen with 1 tube

i try to just use d4 grade pva as you get 10mins worktime and is totally waterproof, i find that if you have any problems like a slightley bowed top or a arkward to reach bolt the colourfil sets or semi sets before you have niped the bolts up and you get a solid line of colour fil in the joint, maybe only .5mm but annoying

i use biscuits too

i use the old cascamite now resintite.
tipped two black buckets of the colourfill into the skip 2 mths ago, never use it, but get one for every joint i do for the sheds. i keep the solvent and the biscuits.

i have worked for some good independents and they wont entertain you if you use colourfill of silicone.
having said that, a mate uses silicone with very good results, it just when you get custards who dont wipe away the standing water ( water babies i call them ) dripping over the top down the doors. :wtf:

i use 1 per joint, well i did. theres not enough in a tube to get anymore anyway. i also use biscuits. it helps to lign everything up pretty much perfect. (though i admit it to being a recent discovery. ) new router cutter for a joint. trend are doing a budget one now. looks slightly different to the top whack one. but i had no problems with them as yet. i also use the trend big boy jig (1001 iirc???)

might have a try with the d4 pva next time.

as ive said earlier i got excellent results with clear sillicone on the etna verde (old people) work tops i fitted earlier this year.
