probably that headband on too tight!!!

depends - but there are trousers and there are pads - some sellers bundle them together, others sell them seperatly.

I would think if you are wearing all day everyday, you would have multiple pairs of trousers and use the same pad set in each one
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

FFS BD, let's go through this slowly then :lol:

yes the pads come separately. the slip into pockets sewn into the trousers. the pockets are specifically designed for the pads to fit in, so they don't move about.

i have 2 pairs and get new pads every month.
this is such a simple thread so why the feck is it so hard to read? :wink: :lol:
