As the worktop to be scribed sits in between the adjoining worktop & a wall
how will I cut to length:

I mean - if say the space between the wall on the right and the worktop already in is 1450mm

but i have to scribe where the join is - lets say 18mm..

as I cant fit a larger piece in, scribe & then cut to length.. what do I do?
probably very obvious - but not to me lol
'Rap' doesn't appear in the word 'Cr*p' merely by coincidence..
