Where are you getting 2 weeks from mate?
I always thought it was 7 working days.
BUT that applies to business to consumer rights, not business 2 business sales, so if you bought in your comapnay name it doesn't apply
EDIT:
just looked...
(2) Where the supplier complies with regulation 8, the cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
ok wrong on the 7 days bit
it was more the fact you can send them back no questions asked but off course time span is important

Well I've been informed there is no stock & it'll be 2 months before they can supply. Very poor service as they should've informed me when the order was placed, but no they just expected me to wait!! So I've cancelled the order & placed it with Tools Down.

Cheers for that, I'll give them a call today and cancel my order, I've been waiting for 3 with nothing other than a conformation email so far... also reading Prem's post before wasn't good..... throw them away after 6 months.... no thanks! Stick with the real thing

Just got a couple of originals online for £67 each, not a bad price...Why do Screwfix think they can sell the same thing for £140?!!!
Just checked Big A's link again and it's now been changed for £69.95 for an axion copy battery, so watch out, they're now selling the copy for more than you can find an original....!

Cool. Do they have the stars on the top and bottom of the batteries? If so I think you've had yourself a super bargain.

I checked it a little earlier on today and he had 1 left at the original price. Perhaps the batch that he got at the cheaper price were sold out?
