Like the concrete pads so you don't sink as well, now that's a proper set up!

Beauties!
When you have different facilities available, you do things in different ways. I normally fold the edges for speed.

Nice and simple Chez, what thickness is the ally, 4.5?

I normally find rivets are okay for light duty stuff, but if there's any flex in the ally, you may find they work loose over time. Huck bolts are brilliant for this kind of thing, but not really a DIY type fixing.

It's 6mm checker plate. The rivets aren't doing much but if they work loose I'll drill them out and use some dome head stainless bolts.
