I was absolutely MELTING today, finishing installing the sockets and lights in a 2 part house extension, not so bad in the living room part, but the utility room extension was like a blast furnace, even with the door open, looked like a beach volleyball player after a finals match (shining with sweat from head to toe), installing the light roses was hell on earth, hotter still at the top of the ladder...that bad I started to get dizzy and a hellish headache.
Triple dosing on antihistamines at the moment due to all the flipping pollen, seems to be keeping it at bay for the moment.
Also drank over 2.5 litres of fluids today...still feel slightly thirsty though....likely be up and down to the loo all night as it works its way out though
Back tomorrow to move 2 light switches....then payday
