Ivr managed to get my dremel working and cleaned up my Dremel Press but I cant seem to find acollet to go small enough for a 0.6mm drill!!

Yes 8.8 means these are high tensile bolts. Good luck with that!
I think there will be a problem with getting the heat away. Also the drills will wear out very quickly as the cutting area is very small. It might be an idea to make a little cup with plasticene around where you want to drill and fill with oil to improve cooling. Run the drill at a high speed but use low drilling force.


Whenever one has to grip bolts by the thread in a vice or such like it's a good idea to wind some nuts on, tighten and grip those to avoid damage to the thread.

Well I think ive mastered it!! Dremel and a stand and plenty of cutting oil!! I tried it dry and no one likes a dry drilling!!
