I feel your pain, coming back is a real killer. The past few times I've stayed on UK time and it's been easier. I'm in the US in two weeks, for 2 weeks, come back, and then the week after I am in Dubai for a week. Last time I did something similar I was zombied.
Doesn't help that unless the flight is over 10 hours, it's cattle class, but I always book an exit row, at least you can move a little - that is when BA don't cancel the plane an hour before departure

Mmm 10 hours of flying. I think I'd be cattle if it was 50.
I've had it easy this month compared to my US colleague. Literally back to back, with a day inbetween for washing/re-packing he's got:
1. Chicago
2. Denver
3. Australia
4. Japan
5. US event
6. Somewhere else
He is going to be a gibbering wreck when it's done. It's the Aus trip that's the killer - he flys to one side, visits two people, then goes to the OPPOSITE side and then returns BACK to the same side for another visit then home.
Mental. Glad it's not me.
