from looking at all posts and all people giving comments on line and in person i gather people think
they are carp or brilliant over the years
so i assume they have had problems in the past which in general they have mostly overcome but not fully
i assume this is with supplies from perhaps one manufacturing source but not another the feeling i get is what was a perhaps 10-20% problem is now perhaps a 5-10% meaning quality control is good but not perfect
in summery i feel happy to recommend evolution as reasonable quality at a reasonable price as most faulty tools will show up within the gtee period so little inconvenience or loss
