what about tofu to add some bulk

I have never like curry I cant stand the smell, I don't mind Chinese with a bit of heat like Szechuan chicken, a lot of Chinese is westernised for our pallets tho

Not sure about tofu - might be a bit 'sloppy' for some tastes. I think Quorn is the way to go for a lot more 'choice' although when I learned how it was made I wondered why the 'veggies' were so keen on it!
