I absolutely love cooking, I do 90% of it in our house but baking bread and cakes is my passion. There is a bloke on you tube , John kirkwood who is a retired chef and does loads of real food videos ( not any of the poncy stuff that wouldn’t feed a sparrow ) and the recipes are very user friendly
Cooking is addictive and so is buying cooking aids, I need help
