It all depends if they accept the right to appeal or some old b*llox like that

Correct
the FIA have to first decide if Mclaren can appeal

Interesting little article here .... Mosley's FIA representative led stewards' investigation
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
