Ha! Ha! We do have a loo, but we have a lovely new one sitting in its box waiting to be fitted.

Hooray I had a reply from Asda today regarding my complaint against rude optician staff. a very nice man said

'I have discussed this incident with the Optical Service management team
here at ASDA House who would also like to apologise for any upset this
may have caused. They have assured me that all appropriate action
will be taken with regard to the store and colleagues in question.'

I'm not a nasty person but I hope they get 'dealt' with.
