A good knee strike to the coccyx will also mean that the person on the receiving end will always remember you for a few weeks after, especially during certain bodily movements

I feel sorry for the poor person in the picture. I have seen a medical book with far worse pictures. People with gigantic body parts and extra bits growing in funny places.
