I emailed them and got this response " Hello Nathaniel,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
First of all I would like to apologize for the problem you have experienced with your order.
It was dispatched on the 7th February and really should have arrived by now, though it does have our return address clearly displayed on it (and may yet return here).
Unfortunately our courier does not supply us with a tracking number so I can only assume it has been lost in transit. We don't have any more of this item in stock to send as a replacement so I have simply refunded your payment.
Hope to see you shop with us again very soon.
Again please accept my apologies.
Kind regards,
Sam.". Same reply as u guys got

Dear johnthescruff,

Hello John,

I am very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived, I can assure you that it was despatched and we notified you by email at the time.

However, your book really should have arrived by now, I have arranged for a replacement to be despatched to you, you should receive it in the next few days.

If the other members of your group email me regarding non delivery I will look in to their orders too.

Kind regards.

Olivia.

Good enough :thumbright:

I sent them this link to this thread inviting them to respond. Could be interesting, I don't think for one minute they had any intentions of posting the books, and I'm quite prepared to take issue with eBay.

Strange they lost more of this book in the post than the previous 35,000+ sales.

Copy my post and send it to them via the contact seller button on eBay, and they'll deal with it. :thumbright:

She's expecting 9 more.

Won't tell you what I said, but they are worried enough to be obliging.
Ahh, that explains why I had the same response as everyone else, despite emailing something totally different

Credit to them, they're sending another copy out.

When the refund went back into my Paypal account, I ordered a copy from the other site, http://tinyurl.com/5uewfvp, and it arrived this morning. :huray: :huray:

Just give me a day or two to read it and then start firing the questions in.

Ok, now I'm very confussed i emailed them monday, and havnt heard anything but i just recieved the book in the post but its from someone called westmorland books. On the invoice it says order date 18/02/2011 14:48:44, ship date 21/02/2011, and price £0.62/postage £2.80/ total £3.42. Thing is this isnt the people we ordered it of ebay with, is it. If it as are they going to take payment of £3.42 of my card. I dont mind as the ebay people said the refunded my payment. They have left an email on yhe invoice of westmorlandbooks@googlemail.com. They refunded the original payment, so they are asking you to pay again.

I would say you need to authorise the payment via the email.
