Result = 1_1.

I'll take that, I watched the second half on the PC, we were rubbish. we desperately need some more goal scorers, and I really do wish football managers would decide what their best team is and play it until someone is injured and a change is forced on them.

Newcastle had 16 shots at goal and only one on target (against 10 & 3)

Corners, 10 for Newcastle, 2 for Stoke.

More work needed I'm afraid.

I think Pardew will be gone by Christmas, no manager seems to survive the sort of run you're having at the moment.

Swansea next, and then the (once) mighty Spurs, just in time for a big turnaround by Newcastle.

hes gotta go with 2 forwards. its an absolute must. give the young kid armstrong a turn if cisse isnt fit enough to start. gotta do something about goufran.

the fans arent helping at all like with the banners constantly. the www.sackpardew.com website. the idiots that celeberate other teams goals.

it must be like the worst job going for pardew at the moment. he was doing fine till january. then had cabaye sold from under him. remy being a total d*ck. hope he gets stuck on the chelsea bench permanently. and the players bought in arent good enough it seems.

its just not fair :cb i cant even remember who we last beat now...

if mike ashley really is going to sack him he should sooner than later. if hes gonna stick with him then dont joke with press or release statements like he has this morning. its just total dickishness.

i just hope that tony bloody pulis doesnt stick his oar into procedings.. thatd be all we bloody need. that prick coming in as manager

Out on the bevvy no doubt. You'll regret it tomorrow, or maybe Monday.

Newcastle 1 Leicester 0 & Southampton 8 Sunderland 0, it couldn't get much better for you.

ayeeee we finally won..... finally......

im gonna enjoy seeing my mackem supporting mates over the next few days. they shipped a bit of a spanking like. was watching the match in the westoe (my local bar) and with our game running late we had the pleasure of watching the first half of the mackems match. then when our first half was on we could hear running updates of their score. the mackems are getting beat 4-0 now..... 5-0 now....... 6-0 now... etc etc. by the time it got from one end of the bar to the other southampton had scored again. it was quite funny. and in the premier league weve not been stuffed that badly. and that first og was absolute quality. good enough to grace any sunday league match

now back to the beer :huray:

first half we were abysmal. my tuesday night teams arent that bad. dunno what pardew said at half time but bloody hell it worked. we played class in the second half. or atleast as class as we can play given the teams capabilities recently. very surprised we got the result today. i thought we were sure fire losers today. id not even have been dismayed if it was a 1 -0 or a 2-0 defeat. but a 2-1 away win at a top team is pretty good like considering how far weve fallen in recent years

Have the bookies odds on relegation changed based on that result?

It's a long time since Spurs were a top team, they are exactly one point above Newcastle now in the league, 11th place, out of 20, utter shite I'm afraid fin, same as Newcastle who were slightly better shite today.

i hadnt even realised the 2nd half had started i thought it was a replay of something in the first half... then everyone in the pub was jumping all over the place. then the 2nd goal went in it went off again. the manager at the pub said she thought the floor would cave in haha. it was celebrated almost like a derby winner.

ok ayjay maybe not a top team. but certainly a tough place to go too., dont often win at your place.

ke... i dunno cant remember what the odds were before. :dunno: but looking at paddy power were 11/2 for relegation. the mackems are 2/1. they really need to sort themselves out. they seem to almost be as badly ran as we are. and some of the mistakes they keep making are shocking
