Now, whats the betting that exact device pops up being advertised as a "pv power maximiser" at £100
bit like vitrex buying up all the engraving tools on amazon for a tenner, painting em orange with a vitrex sticker and selling on screwfix for 28 quid as "grout removal tools"..All my advice should be taken with a rather large pinch of salt, all the gear, absolutely no idea whatsoever ;)

Neelix i love you so much, especially with the attempt to "end of" my thread
do you see?
have you even the faintest idea of what, who or thing is "reading" that you are posting and yay, proving, the ignorance of, the population in general?
yea verrily have you not noticed the potential for the bequeathing of the mighty power networke to the masses
yea but in answer to your post...
dont give a edit. Mod 2 mate..

there is a direct correlation between illegal parking and localised religios beliefs

I think the next reply is all these things you want to do to / talking about
1) The original question is answered (how does pv systems in a tenented property work, who gets what)
Anything else re the instalation
2) Adding and diverting all generation into a battery and not having anything to bexported
2) comparing to a friend's situation who does own the exuipment and generation
3) fitting wiring that is only connected to the pv generation side
Can only be done if you own the entire operation (which you don't)
The thread has now moved into the realms of
a) dissatisfaction that you can't do what you want with all the generation
B) how businesses are making money
C) theories that you may have no legal right to do.
At the end of the day your girlfriend lives in a rented property where the owner has generation equipment, the owner allows her to use (in real time) this generation for free (not store all of it) , anything surplus to what she is using from said generation they sell to the grid.
Whether you or her like this, don't agree with this, want to change this is irrelevant. It is what it is, it's not up to you or her, you should be happy that she gets use of free electricity (no matter how small) many thousands in possibly worse conditions don't get this free gift.

What on earth parking and religion got to do with pv generation in a tenanted property??cwplastering wrote: ↑Mon Dec 26, 2022 6:30 pm there is a direct correlation between illegal parking and localised religios beliefs
I don't think you could go any further off topic of your own thread. I think this thread should be locked, the answer to the original question has been figured out, for anything else I think the grumpy corner is the best place to start a conversation.
