£ 18.75 per hour is a fair rate for domestic work + materials

Always get your T&Cs spot on, no matter how small a job! Believe me when the jam falls out the donut, you dont wanna be caught in the chuckle brothers, to me, to you, type arguments without the paperwork to back you up!!!
