I have a Second generation Seat Alhambra 2012 (VW Sharan) with sliding doors. On one side the button inside the car has stopped closing the door. However the door can still be close from the key fob, by pulling the handle and from pressing the button in the front of the car.

Does anyone know what’s wrong and how I maybe able to get it working again?

Yes I saw that but mine does open by the door handle where his did not so I want sure it was the same issue...
