What's all this nonsense about Thundersnow?
We don't have Thunderrain, we have thunderstorms, and sometimes it rains at the same time, if it's cold enough it will snow instead of rain, it's still a Thunderstorm!

You haven't lived
in 2003 and 2010 we had hail with thunderstorms and snow with thunderstorms the lighting lit the sky like it was day time @11pm
The weather is cold, wet and windy here, we only get snow if it comes in from Siberia - tbh i have not looked at the weather images yet

No, you didn't, and neither did anyone else!
As far as not having lived,
- I remember the winter of '62/63, and I was right there in the middle of the Hampstead Storm in 1975 - 170mm of rain in a couple of hours, now that was a storm!
