Air bricks issue advice needed

Hi looking for some advice on what to do in my situation as I have no air bricks in my property and it's starting to cause damp this time of year.

I have an old 1900s terrace property 9inch wall so no cavity and the front of the house is blocked paved above floor level so there is no where to add in a air brick at the front and it's the same issue at the back, the floors are falling away from the house so not masses of water building up but some does.

I do have an access alley on the side of he house which I can add in some air bricks,
I'm thinking to add 3 air bricks to that side hoping that will help my situation.

My concern is just is this going to do anything as this is in an alley and there is not masses of air flow but I'm assuming 3 air bricks surely will get some flowing and I dont have have many other options at the front and back.

Also could these air bricks make the mould worse or even let in a lot of cold air,
I tent to have noticed some of the neighbours have covered there air bricks up this time of year

Also breaking through the 9 inch wall is the inner and outer brick going to be in line? so its simpley break the outer brick then the inner brick which I'm hoping is in line then just install air brick.

The mould is not really bad just keeps coming I'm hoping install some french drains front and back along with 3 air bricks on side alley will be ok

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You would help yourself if you posted photos at ground level of the three walls involved.
On the photo show where possible the DPC line is.
Also show where the FFL is on your photo's.

You dont know the cause of the condensation - why not post photos showing the condensation and its location?

If you dont vent suspended floors you will eventually get heavy sub-floor condensation and rotting woodwork.

There are various methods of installing air bricks to give sub-floor ventilation, & different kinds of air bricks.

The neighbour's are wrong to blank off any low level air brick.
You seem to be using the term floors instead of ground level

First two pics is the alley I'm suggesting to add 3 air bricks as this ground level is below floor level

Second two pics are from they back as you can see from door way isnt much difference in levels and there is some sort of wall vent at the back

Next 4 pics are from the outside of the bay window and inside bay window levels from that block paving and my inside floor level are the same so no room for air brick unless I removed some block paving,

Just to note i constantly clean the mould of and have dehumidifiers on there are other various spots all on the lower floor all behind furniture, also the windows gather alot of condensation
