Damp from condensation concrete

Hi, I'm new to this forum.
I've recently found damp under my carpet from condensation dripping from my windowsill.
It has ruined the undelay and the carpet due to mould.
The concrete looks discolored and does smell musty in areas too.
Does anyone have any experience with leaks on indoor concrete flooring?

Post a photo showing the window sill and the floor - and a photo showing the outside wall panel, & window sill down to the ground level?
