Hi everyone
I believe these are nail pops, there are about 8bof them in a row near the corner of our dining room..
Wondering what may have caused and if anything to worry about?

Yes, they are nail heads popping the plaster. I suspect that movement in the floor above has caused the nails to loosen over time. These days the boards are usually screwed up which tends to avoid issues like this. If you hammer them in and patch then there is a chance they may pop out a few years down the line so it might be best to punch them in and then run a drywall screw adjacent to give support. You will need to do a bit of filling after I am afraid.

In new property the joists can shrink and leave the nail heads behind.
But that uneven inside corner looks like an older property.
Is the ceiling drywall boards or lath and plaster?
Upstairs can you make the floor sway or gently move a few mm's up and down?
Test the remainder of the ceiling for sagging or movement by gently pushing it up.
Is there, or was there, a bathroom above?
Do you have any heavy furniture eg a piano up there.

Hi there
Not sure if clear from pic, thats the two corners of the wall as opposed to the ceiling. Its a 1970s property with plasterboard ceilings
On top of that room is a bedroom. No real movement on ceiling.

Are you saying that we are looking at an inside corner between two walls?
Well then, you've presented your pic sideways as though its a wall/ceiling inside corner.
You say the wall with the bumps is a plasterboard wall ie that. its a stud framed wall?
