Basement well
Ground floor hole/well in ground to let light into my basement in poor condition, flaky paint and some plaster missing and some mould. See photos. What’s best way to tidy it up? (Sorry, photos have come up sideways but you’ll get the idea)

Basement well
Can you stand back and photo the full outside of the framed & glazed well cover -
and a pic showing more of the inside of the well itself -
and from inside the basement stand back and photo the full exit opening position?
Can the framed and glazed well cover be raised on the hinges?
