DA Backing pad

Hey guys, pretty much created this account to ask this. I’ve searched and searched. Can’t find anything.
I use a pneumatic DA in an industrial setting. looking for the hardest holding 6” hook and loop backing plate I can find. 5/16-24 male threaded
I run scotchbrite discs and it seems my cheap one from hazard freight keeps throwing the pad off. Please give me some suggestions on industrial strength pads if you know of any
