Apologies for the rubbish pics, hopefully you get the idea.
Replacing a cabinet door and have made several attempts as couldn't get the thing straight and now the screws won't screw in to the hole properly (are loose). How do i sort it? the bottom two photos are of holes that I haven't ruined.

the plates come with the small screws to attach to the cabinet. then you use the screws on the hinge plate to attach that to the repair plate

Probably a stupid question but here we go.
Is the reason this cupboard won't align properly because of the holes? If I put a bit of draught excluder in the hole the screw goes tight, was thinking as a permanent measure could just glue the screws in with No More Nails. Or is there another reason? I've tried adjusting the height things on the hinge holes, nothing works.

Have you tried LATERAL adjustment of the hinges? Top one in, bottom one out. A cabinet hinge has THREE adjustments.
Up and down is the screws that hold the mounting plate to the repair plate.
In and out is the screw at the back.
LATERAL is a screw that is hard to see unless you know these things - there's a hole, or slot, in the hinge body, sometimes it has a little cover clipped into it, if so, pop that off. Put a cross head screwdriver into the slot & locate the screw head - turn the bottom one anticlockwise and the left hand side of the door will lift (when closed). Turning the top one clockwise will cause the top of the door to move to the right and the bottom left corner to lift (when closed). The gap between the two doors will alter - it might be one adjustment or the other to get it as you want it to look.

absolutely you need the hinge repair plates. putting any kind of glue into the screw holes then putting the screws in will not work whatsoever. they come as a pack of 2 so use on both hinges. then adjust the hinges as necessary

Awesome stuff, worked a treat. But now I have another question

How to get the doors so they're flat against the thing when closed? Two of them are but not the other two.

READ MY POST AGAIN!
To move whole door backwards when closed, it's the screw at the rear of the hinge - slacken it only slightly, with the door open, and push the door back towards the cabinet then tighten. If you go too far, the door will foul the carcase as you go to close it.
A good way is to put a credit card between the door open at 90° and the cupboard side, adjacent to hinge you're adjusting, move door until they meet, tighten screw. This will give 1mm gap between flat closed door & cabinet.
