I have BT broadband, it has not been working for over a week, but when I "complained" BT sent me a "mini hub" that uses the mobile network to give me BB (unlimited use, mine to keep) So I am happy (Till the mobile network goes down)

But I thought if YOU have BT BB rather than wait for it to go down, then you have to find the right info, I thought I would post it here.

Click here For BT service status

0800 800 150 BT "problem with your line / BB "

i think its an offcom requirement now that iff you have trouble for more than a short while without a solution in site they need to supply a mobile connection option to give a connection in the meantime :dunno:

No they don't.
There is a scheme "Automatic compensation" (Money) but no mention of having to provide a service.
