It is several attachments for a Nutool p/washer - DWD says that you could use the brush for a smooth patio surface, a rough one would ruin it. Better suited to washing a car, van or windows. The centre of the brush rotates as the jet flows through it.
The attachment on the right is for "sand-blasting", the black plastic end of the clear hose is put into a bucket or sack/bag of kiln-dried (it must be dry) sand and the lance attached to the pressure washer gun. As water flows through the lance, sand is drawn up the tube and comes out with the jet of water, making it abrasive. That's a bit more use on a patio.
I can't quite see what the left hand attachment is as it's in shadow; it looks like there's a bit missing from the box (empty compartment). The green hose is for attaching the p/w unit to a tap.

The attachments might also fit a Nilfisk washer, but definitely will not fit a Karcher.

Have to agree with arco_iris, the white brush is NOT for cleaning a patio, its too small and too short, it IS for cleaning vehicles, it looks just like my karcher yellow one.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.
Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
