How can I paint my whole pebbledash exterior?

I'm dreading getting quotes for my 3 storey, 1920s pebbledashed house. It needs a 4 tier scaffold to reach the highest parts and needs the pebble painting on 3 sides. I'm pretty sure I can't afford to pay to get it done & it hasn't been painted for 25yrs. I already have a torn bicep from a previous job several years ago. Is there any advice you can give me?

It sounds as though it's not a job you want to do yourself so, if you can't afford to get it done, you'll have to save up until you can. Whatever you do, don't go for someone who gives you a really cheap price as they'll probably do more harm than good.

I agree, it is a pig. These spraying companies might be worth soundong out. Is there room for a cherry picker to acess all areas. It is scaffold that costs. An acces tower?

No room for a cherry picker on any side as the land slopes and there's lots of steps, also no rear access. I'll have a look at spraying.

Have a look https://www.protectyourwalls.co.uk/pain ... h-options/ there are lots of firms that do this work but given the 30 year life expectancy, it might be worth getting finance to spread the cost over a few years to make it affordable.

You say three sides so I assume a semi. Does the neighbour's need painting so you can share the cost?
